By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern all purchases made through charlyscoffee.com.

2. Products

All products are sold as described on the product page. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. Product images are representative; actual packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders for any reason including suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing mistakes. Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe. All prices are in US dollars unless your selected region displays another currency. Tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, rates, and transit times are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

We do not accept physical returns of opened food products. Refunds and replacements are available for orders that are damaged, incorrect, or lost — see our Shipping & Returns policy for the full terms.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to: place fraudulent orders, scrape content for commercial purposes, attempt to compromise our systems, or resell our products without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its products are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
